Tech Campus Tenant Improvement
When staff relocated to Apple Park, Apple took the opportunity to rejuvenate their original Infinite Loop campus. My team handled interior renovations and ADA upgrades of office and lab spaces in half of the buildings on campus, including the iconic campus cafeteria, Caffe Macs. With respect to non-disclosure clauses, photos of the work cannot be shared, other than this image published by Apple.
Role:
Project Manager for a portfolio of 5 projects on campus totaling 170,000 sf – Schematic Design through Permit. Also, continued to lead Construction Administration only for Caffe Macs.
