This workplace adaptive reuse project was for a tech client who remodeled a unique environment to house their creative staff. Complications included high power requirements for computer loads, acoustic separation requirements and existing condition discoveries during construction.
With respect to non-disclosure clauses, photos of the work cannot be shared, other than these images of the space that do not disclose the tech client, location or completed project.
